Well, senator, it’s not that easy. My 50-year-old neighborhood is filled with houses having gas furnaces, gas water heaters, swamp coolers and mostly gas ranges. Eleven houses on my block share a single 50 kilowatt (kVA) pole-mounted transformer. It can provide 208 amps at max power, meaning each house can get about 20 amps at 240 volts, or 40 amps at 120 volts, but not both. That’s all we have. And none of us can charge a Tesla at home. To upgrade my block to all-electric service would require a 50 or 75 kVA transformer on every pole, shared by no more than Mu, houses. Each house.. would need an expensive new 150 amp service panel, plus significant rewiring of the house. To supply all those transformers, PNM would need to reconductor the 7,200-volt line on top of the poles. That means the unit substation feeding the line also would need upgrading, and so on back to the generating station. So even if I might agree with the senator in principle, it would take a fleet of semi-trucks to carry the cash needed to electrify Albuquerque. And who would pay for that? HP Stream running Windows 10 Home 20H2, updated by itself to Win 10 21H1 and has appeared to roll itself back to 20H2; 2GB RAM, 32GB SSD, and Celeron N3050. Update leaves signs of corruption on OS; checked with SFC and repaired in process. System is not offered the 21H1 update at time of writing. System checked for stability inside of several applications and through light stress-testing using Prime95, a software designed to put the processor at 100% until turned off; no instability in software caused by extra CPU workload was detected during light testing. Testing software shows mostly promising results with no crashes present in any applications. Tested HoTMetaL PRO 6, DOSBox, and PhotoSuite 7. Testing HoTMetaL PRO shows ability to use program to its supposed potential; all operation appears nominal. Program able to open and edit/view the templates inside of editor body. No extra processor or memory usage related to version of Windows compared to baseline. DOSBox opens normally and is able to browse file system exactly as expected.
